Field-based role; candidates should live within the territory (Alabama, Mississippi, Little Rock AR, Jacksonville FL and surrounding areas).

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the South region to execute strategies supporting AbbVie’s Multiple Myeloma leadership via customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Translate strategy into purposeful execution with clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through.
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the evolving hematology/oncology marketplace.
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally to impact the business.
- Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth grounded in trust and accountability.
- Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact.
- Lead Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience
- Oncology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies
- Consistently top performance results
- Leadership mindset/capability to inspire and motivate teams; curiosity, humility, self-awareness
- Business acumen in strategy, KAM, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration
- Influence leading without authority across cross-functional teams
- Coaching capability to develop CAEs
- Data/critical thinking and sound judgment
- Agility to lead through ambiguity
- Ability to grow into broader leadership
- Drive personal or company vehicle; valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening and meet safe driving requirements

Preferred (Not required):
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
