This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (New Mexico, Oklahoma, Dallas TX, Colorado Springs CO, Wichita KS and surrounding areas).

Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the High Plains region to enhance AbbVie’s leadership in Multiple Myeloma through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution. Create clarity, build belief, develop people, and inspire purposeful execution that delivers lasting business results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development
- Translate strategy into purposeful execution with clear priorities and disciplined follow-through
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge and disease state; understand the hematology/oncology marketplace
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally to positively impact the business
- Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth grounded in trust and accountability
- Manage budget and resources to maximize impact on patients
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech
- Oncology experience (preferably Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies)
- History of consistently delivering top results
- Leadership mindset (curiosity, humility, self-awareness; continuous improvement)
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Business acumen; understands strategy, KAM, customer insights, cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to lead without authority with cross-functional teams
- Coaching capability to develop CAEs and create accountability
- Aptitude for data/critical thinking and sound, timely decisions
- Agility to adapt to ambiguity and evolving environments
- Talent/capacity to grow responsibility and prepare for broader leadership
- Ability to drive: personal or company vehicle; valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements

Preferred (not required):
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
