Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition – Global Executive Recruiting Head

Role: Senior Director – Global Executive Recruiting at Gilead, leading worldwide executive talent acquisition to support the company's growth in biopharma areas such as HIV, hepatitis, COVID-19, and cancer. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic executive recruitment plans, lead and develop a multifunctional team, collaborate with sourcing, HRBP, and senior business leaders, manage external search partners, and enhance employer branding and diversity pipelines. Qualifications: 12+ years in recruiting with leadership experience at scale, or 14+ years with a bachelor's degree; preferred experience in biopharma or healthcare industries, especially in life sciences, with a strong track record in global executive recruiting for organizations with dispersed employee bases. Skills: strategic thinking, business partnering, diversity-focused recruitment, leadership, emotional intelligence, and influence at senior levels.
