Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance
- Build and run governance and an operating model for top cross-pillar partnerships (prioritization, decision forums, operating rhythm, reporting).
- Maintain a tiered portfolio view with defined objectives, ownership, and measurable value; align effort to opportunity.
- Serve as the connective layer across internal teams to engage partners coherently.
- Partner with business unit and franchise partnership leads to ensure shared governance and cross-portfolio coordination.
Driving the High-Impact Relationships
- Act as operating lead for the most strategic partner relationships; ensure commitments, milestones, and joint plans stay on track.
- Prioritize partnerships becoming primary consumer/clinician entry points; ensure Pfizer has a credible presence on key platforms.
- Step in to directly carry highest-tier partnerships when needed.
- Prepare senior leadership for partner engagements.
Cross-Portfolio Fluency & Execution
- Maintain fluency across media/commercial opportunities, co-developed products/experiences, and internal capability building.
- Translate partnership ambition into joint business plans with objectives, KPIs, and value; monitor performance.
- Connect partner activity to the broader marketing and product agenda.
Insight & Forward View
- Maintain an external view of technology/AI landscape, emerging capabilities, and competitive environment; evolve partnerships accordingly.
- Identify new/expanded partnership opportunities and recommend where to invest/deepen/step back.

Qualifications
Required: 12+ years relevant experience; ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional work and stand up governance/operating models; experience leading significant external relationships and joint business plans; strong commercial/strategic judgment; current understanding of technology/emerging capabilities; collaborative track record across functions/geographies/companies; situational leadership in matrixed environments; Bachelor’s degree required; strong writing/presentation; discretion with confidential information.
Preferred: Deep healthcare ecosystem/regulatory understanding; experience with technology/AI/platform companies; experience in transformation/stand-up contexts.

- Bonus target 22.5% of base salary; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive.
