Sr. Director, Market Access Analytics

Role: Senior Director, Market Access Analytics, responsible for establishing and leading CSL Behring's US Payer Analytics to optimize patient access and support commercial strategies. Responsibilities: develop long-term vision, build analytic capabilities, create reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data infrastructure; analyze payer, claims, and market data at detailed account levels; provide insights on coverage, formulary trends, reimbursement pathways, and access risks; manage team objectives and development; collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve data quality; stay current with industry benchmarks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 15+ years in healthcare analytics within pharma, biotech, or specialty pharmacy; deep expertise in US payer landscape, including health plans, PBMs, IDNs, GPOs, specialty distributors; experience with market access data (IQVIA, claims databases, formulary tools); strong strategic and influencing skills; leadership experience building analytics teams.
