Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Medical Lead to develop an end-to-end data generation plan aligning clinical, regulatory, and access needs across the product lifecycle.
- Oversee delivery of non-interventional studies (protocol development, execution, analysis, transparent reporting).
- Lead and mentor the Data Generation team for real-world evidence, including health economic studies and outcomes research for an oncology asset.
- Partner with clinical development and medical teams to shape study design, endpoints, and comparators for payer and HTA expectations.
- Represent the team in cross-functional governance and external scientific dialogue with payers, HTA bodies, and academic partners.
- Manage resources and budget for evidence activities and track evidence impact on internal decisions and external access outcomes.
Qualifications (Required)
- PhD, PharmD, or Masterβs in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, clinical research, pharmacy, medicine, or related.
- 7+ years in health outcomes/real-world evidence/health economics or related roles in pharma/healthcare.
- Hands-on observational study design, comparative effectiveness, economic modeling, and/or advanced analytics.
- Experience designing evidence plans for commercialization, reimbursement, market access, or regulatory submissions.
- Scientific publications/presentations; track record leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong project management; experience in direct line management.
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
Preferred
- Oncology (or complex therapy) leadership; deep US/global payer and HTA knowledge; experience building strategic academic/provider collaborations.
Benefits/Compensation
- US base salary range: $226,500β$377,500; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
