Role: Senior Data Management Associate overseeing clinical data management for Kite's cancer immunotherapy programs, reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management. Responsibilities: manage all aspects of data collection, quality control, and reporting across multiple complex studies; collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Programming teams; lead study design, data validation, and external vendor coordination; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data integrity; oversee data transfer plans and study timelines. Requirements: High School diploma with 9+ years, BS/BA with 5+ years, MS/MA with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of data management experience; proficiency in electronic Data Capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave); strong communication skills; experience with clinical trials, especially in oncology or cell therapy, and knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines preferred.
