Director, Insights & Innovation - Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning

Role: Senior leader in data science and analytics within Bristol Myers Squibb's Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning team, focusing on developing advanced, AI-enabled decision-support tools across the clinical trial lifecycle. Responsibilities: own and evolve analytics roadmap; govern methodologies for feasibility, site selection, and enrollment forecasting; manage analytics products like Photon and Comet; lead applied data science efforts with predictive modeling and machine learning; translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights for senior leadership; ensure analytical integrity and compliance; mentor and develop analytics talent. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred, e.g., MSc, PhD); 10+ years in clinical development, trial analytics, or biostatistics; experience with predictive modeling, AI, and analytics platforms; strong stakeholder engagement skills; proven leadership in global, regulated environments.
