Sr Director, Early Clinical Development, Neuroscience

Role: Senior Director of Early Clinical Development in Neuroscience, overseeing Phase 1 trials and clinical strategy for neuroscience assets. Responsibilities: lead global matrixed teams of physicians and scientists, design and interpret early-phase studies (including first-in-human, biomarker, and pharmacology studies), develop clinical and regulatory plans, and provide clinical leadership in research pipeline planning. Serve as primary clinical oversight for regulatory interactions, ensure GCP compliance, and mentor team members. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD with deep neuroscience expertise, 7+ years of experience in discovery, translational, or clinical research, with extensive trial design, biomarker development, and strategy background. Preferred skills include leadership in matrix environments, external partnership building, and regulatory strategy.
