Role Overview
Field-based Commercial team role responsible for providing information, education, and resources on Legend cell therapy products to advanced practice providers (APPs) and nurses. Works in a specified region to enhance disease knowledge, coordinate and provide staff training to support proper administration and appropriate adverse identification/management. Delivers on-label education; partners with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct peer-to-peer in-person/virtual educational programs (1:1 and group presentations)
- Meet with identified customers in participating practices/facilities to enroll in education programs
- Respond to internal/external inquiries and requests
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and regional initiatives
- Provide in-services and educational activities at professional society meetings
- Support account planning aligned to regional/company goals
- Develop relationships with nurse opinion leaders
- Identify account changes/trends and implement alternate plans
- Provide follow-up to assess and meet practice education needs
- Communicate clearly using proper medical terminology and approved materials/guidelines
- Maintain high professional standards; use sound judgment with time/resources
- Represent Legend at national/local conventions
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc); advanced degree considered
- 10+ years nursing experience OR 5+ years oncology experience
- Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant (required if no prior in-house industry experience)
- ONS membership; prior in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience; experience with Multiple Myeloma
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written/presentation); presentation skills (in-person/virtual)
- Customer focus; ability to understand stakeholder needs in assigned geography
- Driverβs license; ability to travel 75%; proficient with Microsoft Office
