Role Overview
- Field-based commercial personnel providing information, education, and resources on cell therapy products to APPs and nurses.
- Work within a specified region to enhance disease knowledge, coordinate and provide staff training for proper administration and adverse identification/management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver on-label education.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct peer-to-peer in-person and virtual educational programs (1:1 and group).
- Meet with identified customers in participating practices/facilities; engage and enroll them in educational programs.
- Promptly respond to internal/external inquiries.
- Provide in-services and educational activities at professional society meetings.
- Support account planning aligned to regional and company goals.
- Build relationships with nurse opinion leaders; recognize account trends and implement alternate plans.
- Provide consistent follow-up to assess and meet education needs.
- Master clinical/technical knowledge related to products and disease state management.
- Ensure clear, accurate communication using proper medical terminology and only approved materials/guidelines.
- Maintain high professional standards; demonstrate sound judgment with time/resources.
- Represent the company at national and/or local conventions.

Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc). Advanced degree considered.
- Minimum 10 years nursing experience or 5 years oncology experience.
- Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant (required if no previous in-house industry experience).
- ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) involvement/membership.
- Previous in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience.
- Experience with Multiple Myeloma.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written/presentation) skills; strong in-person and virtual presentation.
- Customer focus; strong clinical and business acumen; exceptional collaboration.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; travel 75%; proficient in Microsoft Office.
