Sr Account Manager / Field Sales Account Manager (Pacific Northwest Territory)

Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure sales and disposable sales revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic business plan for the territory.
- Present realistic sales forecasts consistently to sales management.
- Execute key strategic sales activities to maximize Auris Health capital system sales and procedure sales.
- Lead technical and clinical demonstrations to drive sales and adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics.
- Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
- Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocol with sales and service teams.
- Support new customers’ clinical adoption, educating physicians and staff on product use.
- Work with customers to achieve clinical/economic goals and drive higher utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Auris Surgical Robotics products and market/industry trends; stay ahead of competition.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years related/professional experience, or Associate degree/Medical Certification + 5+ years related/professional experience.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
- Travel up to 75% (including overnight) within the territory.
- Required to work in hospital/ASC settings; attend live patient cases and wear protective gear.
- Self-starter; critical thinker in high-pressure environments; strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820) and communicate frequently with sales management.
- Valid driver’s license required.
