Sr Account Manager / Field Sales Account Manager (Pacific Northwest; ideally Seattle)

Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet procedure and disposable revenue targets.
- Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan.
- Provide consistent sales forecasts to sales management.
- Lead clinical/technical product discussions and demonstrations for Auris Surgical Robotics; drive capital system and procedure sales.
- Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
- Conduct Business Review Program sessions.
- Implement post-sales installation/implementation/adoption protocol with sales and service teams.
- Support new customers’ clinical adoption; educate physicians and staff.
- Partner with customers to achieve clinical/economic goals, satisfaction, and higher utilization.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Auris Surgical Robotics products, industry/market trends, and competitive strategies.

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years relevant experience, or Associate degree/Medical Certification + 5+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical/disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
- Travel up to 75% (overnight) within the territory.
- Hospital/ASC setting attendance as needed; wear required protective gear.
- Self-starter; critical thinker in high-pressure environments; collaborative in a matrix team.
- Strong organization; manages multiple priorities; frequent high-level communication with sales management.
- Regulated environment experience (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).
- Valid driver’s license.
