Territory: South Central Washington, Portland, OR, and areas westward from Aberdeen, WA through St. Maries, ID.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth to meet or exceed sales forecasts for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
- Develop and execute territory sales and marketing business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Manage a territory call plan; use sales data and analytics to optimize reach, frequency, and achieve objectives.
- Meet/exceed product and brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging, awareness/knowledge of competitive products, disease and patient management strategies).
- Cooperate with partners and internal/external colleagues to reach shared goals.
- Share best practices and participate in regional and national meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Operate a company motor vehicle safely and in compliance with all policies and traffic laws.
- Submit company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in business or related field (required).
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience (required); Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience strongly preferred.
- Consistently meets/exceeds sales targets.
- Experience selling products requiring extensive coordination with patient services and understanding HUB services.
- Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to build territory business plans.
- Ability to build strategic long-term customer relationships.
- Must live within the territory boundaries.
