Responsibilities:
- Drive growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
- Develop territory business plans and execute aligned sales and marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Manage a territory call plan using customer reach/frequency requirements; leverage sales data and analytics to optimize.
- Meet/exceed product and brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging, awareness/knowledge of competitive products, disease and patient management strategies).
- Act as a team player with internal/external partners to reach common goals.
- Share best practices and participate in Regional and National meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives.
- Operate the company motor vehicle safely and in compliance with all company policies and traffic laws.
- Process company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies/procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required).
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales (required); Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience strongly preferred.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Experience selling products requiring extensive coordination with patient services (understand HUB services).
- Ability to interpret market research/data/sales analytics to develop a territory business plan.
- Ability to build strategic long-term customer relationships.
- Must live within the territory boundaries.
