Responsibilities:
- Drive growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and sales/marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Manage a territory call plan; use sales data and analytics to optimize call plan and achieve business objectives.
- Meet or exceed product/brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging, awareness, competitive products, disease and patient management).
- Cooperate with partners and internal/external colleagues as a team player to achieve common goals.
- Share best practices and actively participate in regional and national meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives.
- Operate a company vehicle using safe driving practices and comply with all company policies and traffic laws.
- Process company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs Degree in business or related field (required).
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales (required); Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience strongly preferred.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Experience selling products requiring extensive coordination with patient services and understanding HUB services.
- Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to develop a territory business plan.
- Ability to develop strategic long-term customer relationships to help patients and achieve business results.
- Must live within the territory boundaries.
Physical demands/work environment:
- Up to 50% travel.
- Valid US Driverโs License with safe driving record.
- Manual dexterity to use computers, tablets, and cell phone; close vision required.
- Occasional lifting/moving over 20 pounds; continuous sitting for prolonged periods.
