Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer contact; implement marketing strategy and promote Amgen products (per District Manager).
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
- Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages, running planned programs, and conducting/following up on medical educational programs (in-person/virtual) to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage accounts: tailor discussions to customer needs, ensure product access, resolve/triage reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy; analyze sales/territory performance and develop territory plans with District Manager.
- Share best practices; continuously learn and grow.
- Maintain passion for products throughout sales cycle; build brand with patient impact.

Basic Qualifications – Specialty Representative:
- Bachelor’s OR Associate’s + 4 years sales OR High school/GED + 6 years sales.

Basic Qualifications – Senior Specialty Representative:
- Bachelor’s + 3 years sales and/or non-sales clinical experience OR Associate’s + 6 years sales/and/or non-sales clinical experience OR High school/GED + 8 years sales/and/or non-sales clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales; product/hospital sales in relevant specialties; local market knowledge; established territory relationships; BS in Life Sciences or Business Administration; competency adaptability.
