Job Summary
- Drive brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch.
- Engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders through clear, balanced, compliant product and disease-state education.
- Execute territory strategies, build customer relationships, and expand adoption across assigned accounts.
- Work cross-functionally to support account planning, navigate access dynamics, and act as a trusted resource/partner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute focused territory and account plans that prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Deliver in-person and virtual product education; adapt messaging to customer needs and feedback.
- Build relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.
- Establish credibility through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics; partner internally to support patient access and remove barriers.
- Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving/ambiguous situations with practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and required training.

Education & Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years field-based sales or customer-facing experience (pharmaceutical/specialty/healthcare preferred).
- Experience supporting new initiatives/launches or growth-oriented environments (plus).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity; ability to learn clinical/scientific/product information.
- Solid business acumen; ability to identify opportunities and act on insights.
- Comfort using CRM systems/technology.
- Collaborative mindset and personal accountability.

Additional Requirements
- Travel for conferences/meetings and within the territory (overnight travel may be required).
- Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license and compliant driving record.
- Meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable to this posting)
- Base salary range: $115,000โ€“$155,000; may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
- Eligible for equity and 401(k) matching; 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for employees.
