Job Summary
The Specialty Sales Representative drives brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch by providing clear, balanced, compliant product and disease-state education to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
- Deliver in-person and virtual, compliant product education; adapt messaging based on customer needs.
- Build relationships with prescribers, influencers, and other key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.
- Establish credibility through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows.
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics; partner internally to support patient access and remove barriers.
- Demonstrate initiative/resilience in evolving situations to achieve practical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and execute activities in compliance with policies, regulations, and required training.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent education/experience).
- 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical/specialty/healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience supporting launches/new initiatives is a plus.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity to learn clinical/scientific/product information.
- Solid business acumen; comfort using CRM and technology; collaborative mindset and personal accountability.

Additional Requirements
- Candidate must live in the territory.
- Travel required (overnight may be required); valid U.S. driver’s license; meet credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.

Benefits/Pay (if applicable)
- Base salary range: $120,000–$160,000; may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation; eligible for equity and 401(k) matching; benefits include 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision.
