Specialty Sales Representative (Field-Based)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory/account plans to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product and disease-state education (in-person and virtual), adapting to customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, and other stakeholders.
- Influence multiple decision-makers to drive awareness and adoption.
- Proactively identify opportunities by understanding customer workflows/challenges.
- Learn and navigate payer/access dynamics; partner to support patient access and remove barriers.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and comply with policies, industry regulations, and required training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical/specialty/healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience supporting launches/new initiatives is a plus.

Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication and relationship-building; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity to learn clinical/scientific/product information.
- Business acumen and comfort using CRM/technology.
- Collaborative mindset and personal accountability.

Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must live in the territory.
- Travel required (overnight may be required).
- Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license and compliant driving record; must meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Base salary range: $115,000โ€“$155,000; may include performance-based incentive compensation.
- Eligible for equity and 401(k) matching; benefits include 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision.
