Field-based role; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city.

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field; effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial/marketing objectives.
- Create SMART pre-call plans; perform post-call evaluations to continuously improve performance.
- Handle objections and gain logical, reasonable calls to action to close sales calls.
- Build trusted customer relationships by proactively serving customer needs and achieving win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Build and share market intelligence (customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, disease/product/clinical expertise) with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate value proposition with assigned health providers; identify/develop/maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; or relevant/equivalent industry experience required.
- If no bachelor’s degree: 5+ years relevant experience required; 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
- Proactive adaptability to customer style/behavior; proven sales success and strong presentation skills.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and tools proficiency; strategic/critical thinking.
- Ability to influence, lead by example, and collaborate in a matrix environment; documented leadership/support success.
- Valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; meet safe driving requirements.
- Adequate travel for territory coverage and overnight attendance at training/sales meetings.
- Driving personal or company vehicle, or powered material handling equipment.
- Preferred: sales performance success in relevant therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing experience.
- Must satisfy applicable HCIR credentialing requirements to enter facilities in assigned territory (background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses).
