Purpose:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in field sales; manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships and customer needs-solving capability to maximize short- and long-term sales performance; place the patient at the center of efforts and operate in accordance with company code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives; execute post-call evaluations; handle objections and gain logical, reasonable calls to action to close sales calls.
- Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted customer relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve call metrics; optimize coverage and frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, and product/clinical/sales expertise; share intelligence with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to align strategy and optimize execution.
- Differentiate value proposition with assigned health providers; identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent relevant industry experience required.
- If no bachelorโ€™s: at least 5 years of experience with 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science (high school diploma/GED required).
- Proactively identifies customer behavior and adapts selling approach.
- Proven sales success and strong presentation skills; innovative ideas/solutions; leverages findings to develop sales strategies.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen; strategic/critical thinking; effective in matrix environments; anticipates/responds to changes.
- Influences others; credible and respected role model; collaborative partnership; leads by example and provides peer coaching.
- Documented success in leadership/support roles with increased responsibility.
- Preferred: sales performance track record in relevant therapeutic areas; experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing; English proficiency (verbal/written) for non-English-speaking countries.
- Essential: meet and maintain applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned territory (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses); candidate responsible for compliance.
