Specialty District Manager

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement district sales plans; coach and support district sales team.
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers.
- Develop market-based strategies, business plans, and sales objectives through data/account analysis.
- Recruit, train, develop, and performance-manage team members; create a learning environment.
- Implement sales/marketing programs to support U.S. growth in the assigned district.
- Manage district business operations (e.g., policies/procedures, budgets, sales/account data).
- Establish/manage relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations for selling activities.
- Provide strategic marketing input; coordinate with Regional/National Account Managers to address managed market issues.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- BS/BA; 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical devices.
- Strategic planning, coaching/delegation/motivation, complex data analysis, strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- MBA/Master’s; experience with infusion/injectable, account-based selling, Immunology/Gastroenterology, and biological product launches.

Travel: 50–75%; drive/fly to meetings; overnight travel.
