Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Plan and implement district sales plans and coaching for success.
- Build and lead the district sales team; provide support and coaching to sales team members.
- Establish and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage district sales business operations (e.g., policies/procedures, budgets, sales and account data).
- Lead and manage teams of Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers promoting biotech products to medical professionals.
- Develop and implement market-based business strategies to achieve sales objectives and maximize product opportunities; create business plans using data/account/market analysis.
- Evaluate business opportunities and strategies; provide recommendations to address business challenges.
- Recruit, train, and develop Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers; align performance and foster a learning environment.
- Create/support integrated account teams to achieve sales objectives via collaborative working relationships.
- Implement sales and marketing programs supporting U.S. growth in the assigned district.
- Hold self and team accountable for achieving sales and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance of selling activities with State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing to develop and evolve the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within coverage area/therapeutic areas.
- Serve as liaison with internal business partners and other sales/marketing personnel.
- Coordinate with Regional/National Account Managers on managed market issues; collaborate with Manage Markets partners.
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- BS/BA.
- Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in pharmaceutical/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical device industries (e.g., district, specialty account, marketing, and/or product management) or equivalent.
- Business and strategic planning skills; adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a sales team; provide timely feedback.
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic, actionable business plans.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint experience.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Masterβs degree.
- Experience with infusion/injectable products.
- Account-based sales experience (e.g., hospitals, health systems, infusion centers, large group practice).
- Experience in Immunology and Gastroenterology.
- Biological product launch experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly to meetings/client sites for local and national attendance and training.
- Overnight travel; 50β75% travel.
Compensation and Benefits (as stated):
- U.S. Base Salary Range: $176,000.00 - $242,000.00.
- May be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.

- Up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year; up to 120 hours of paid vacation accrual for new hires.
