Responsibilities:
- Drive demand by educating healthcare providers after potential regulatory approval for assigned product.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices/clinics/hospital accounts and independent physician offices.
- Meet sales goals/territory metrics by delivering product volume; execute brand strategy within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Present complex clinical and business information to dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and patient groups.
- Develop and sponsor medical education opportunities; stay current on disease states, treatments, and market changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).

Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Live within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare professional selling experience.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Training:
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training exams (written/oral).

Comp/Benefits (if eligible):
- Washington–Virtual: $63.51–$87.31 hourly; may be eligible for short-term incentives and select benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, well-being; up to 80 sick hours; up to 120 vacation hours for new hires).
