Responsibilities:
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in targeted Dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding, clinical selling, and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer) and conduct account management in Dermatology practices and independent offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by executing brand strategy/tactics within assigned segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies to enhance business results and customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training (written and oral exams).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
