About the Role
- Drive demand post-potential regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Meet sales goals by applying business processes that benefit patients.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along an educational continuum.
- Support clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics, outlets, independent offices).
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics using approved brand strategy.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow all compliance policies/training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry) selling OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; understanding managed care impacts.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation (verbal/written).
- Collaboration/team success.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training / Certifications / Travel
- Pass mandatory product training (written & oral exams).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; eligible for short-term incentives and potential benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, and sick/vacation time.
