Responsibilities:
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs) in Dermatology.
- Support account onboarding, initial clinical and patient access education, and coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, independent physician offices, and pharmacies.
- Achieve territory sales goals via product volume and other KPIs; execute brand strategy and tactics in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messaging using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional audiences.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; continuously update knowledge on disease states, treatments, and the market.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Required: BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Highly preferred: experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Demonstrated business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.
- Preferred: 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly as needed; 25–50% overnight travel possible.

Benefits/Compensation (high level):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31. Eligible for short-term incentives and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off, holidays, sick time (up to 80 hrs/year), and paid vacation (up to 120 hrs for new hires).
