Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate clinical education (including peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy tactically within customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; leverage resources and collaborate with internal teams.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other stakeholder groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources; uphold patient-first values and Takeda compliance.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s (BA/BS); 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication and collaboration; reside within/close to assigned geography.
Preferred: 5+ years direct HCP selling; dermatology calling experience; experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
