About the Role
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval through education.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

Responsibilities
- Support account onboarding and patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (including peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices/clinics/independent offices).
- Meet territory sales goals/metrics by executing franchise and brand strategy within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical and business information to clinicians and stakeholder groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states and treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and seek clarification when needed.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience (pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry) OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing.
- Collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct healthcare professional selling.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Other
- Valid driver’s license; travel/drive/fly; overnight travel ~25–50%.
- Mandatory product training with exams; during training: non-exempt, overtime eligible; no sales incentives/bonuses until transitioned to exempt after passing exams.
