Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned product through education after potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding, clinical selling, and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer), conduct account management within Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand strategy in assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and business changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Adhere to compliance policies/training and uphold patient-first values.
Qualifications:
Required: BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); Dermatology experience highly preferred; business/strategic planning; understanding managed care; strong communication; teamwork; reside within/close to assigned geography.
Preferred: 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on Dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement.
Additional:
- Valid Driverβs License; travel/drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel up to 25β50%.
