Responsibilities
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians/healthcare professionals; establish product sales and manage a territory.
- Create territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling and applicable legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Build customer relationships; communicate customer needs/goals to internal teams.
- Meet/exceed corporate sales goals; report territory activity accurately and timely.
- Drive product demand via disease-state and product education.
- Provide feedback on results and changing environment to leadership/internal teams.
- Work with patient services and market access; coordinate between accounts and field teams.
- Educate HCPs/office staff on site-of-care options; attend congresses/society meetings as needed.
- Manage promotional/operational budget; maximize use of approved resources.
- Complete training and required admin duties; contribute to a high-performance team.
Basic Qualifications (Level 4 / Level 5)
- Level 4: BS + 3 yrs sales OR AS + 6 yrs OR HS/GED + 8 yrs (pharma/biotech/med device or hospital sales).
- Level 5: Doctorate + 2 yrs account management/sales/commercial OR Masterโs + 6 yrs OR Bachelorโs + 8 yrs OR Associate + 10 yrs.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Reimbursement navigation, site-of-care education, patient access coordination; coordination with offices/infusion centers/patient services.
- Rheumatology/Nephrology experience; familiarity with Tavneos; experience with administrators; cross-functional matrix collaboration.
- Payer/reimbursement/managed markets knowledge; negotiation/formulary navigation.
- Strong communication; self-motivated; Microsoft Office; travel up to ~80%.
Compensation/Benefits (highlights)
- US salary range: Level 4 $154,736โ$183,900; Level 5 $160,397โ$190,628. Includes comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, life/disability, retirement/savings, flexible spending), incentive/bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, time off, and flexible work where possible.
