Specialty Account Manager/Account Manager - TAVNEOS

What You Will Do
- Represent TAVNEOS to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product sales and perform total territory account management.
- Provide account management support within a specific geography/market with a focus on account-specific issues; drive product demand and coordinate relevant field teams to address account needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TAVNEOS within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair, ethical manner aligned with legal/regulatory requirements.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix team members.
- Build customer relationships by understanding customer needs/goals and communicating them to internal teams.
- Meet or exceed corporate sales goals.
- Communicate territory activity accurately and timely as directed.
- Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.
- Provide feedback to sales/business leadership and internal departments on environment and results.
- Adhere to compliance policies/guidelines (including PhRMA code).
- Coordinate with patient services and market access; coordinate between accounts and relevant field teams.
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses/society meetings as needed.
- Manage efforts within assigned promotional and operational budget.
- Maximize use of approved resources to achieve territory/account goals.
- Complete company training and timely administrative duties.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial experience; OR Masterโs + 6 years; OR Bachelorโs + 8 years; OR Associate + 10 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Rare disease experience (documented success) and/or biologic/infusion experience.
- Sales experience in Rheumatology/Nephrology and/or rare/specialty disease states.
- Site-of-care and reimbursement experience; experience with institutions/integrated delivery networks.
- Pharma account management selling experience; coordinate across field teams.
- ~40% travel (may vary), including some overnight/weekend commitments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional/proactive; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
