Responsibilities:
- Work as a Product Analyst within the Integrated Trial Monitoring Product to support programs enabling business partners to operate without obstacles.
- Build expertise in system validations; learn the end-to-end clinical process.
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover and communicate user needs.
- Plan, design, and conduct testing activities; engage support teams; compile training and communication content.
- Discover, document, and manage business process and stakeholder needs; gather insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, unmet needs, and pain points.
- Support IT solutions to ensure they are valuable and viable with Business Stakeholders, Product Users, Product Managers, and Technical Leads.
- Gather clinical-domain business process documentation; document business/user needs; trace requests and responses.
- Continuously broaden Clinical Trials domain expertise.
- Use business/user insights for solutioning and prioritization to maximize IT value.
- Identify business value and define how to measure achievement of targeted value.
- Be accountable for enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product.
- Build knowledge of existing solutions via IT communities for benefit of business stakeholders.
- Partner with scrum masters, technical leads, and development team to deliver product using Agile SDLC.
- Maintain a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features, and user stories aligned to the roadmap.
- Follow Product Model principles to maximize business value.
