Revenue Accounting Specialist responsibilities:
- Assist with the revenue process, including monthly and quarterly close activities, ensuring revenue, receivables, and cash entries are posted timely and accurately in accordance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Provide customer invoices; maintain the daily invoice log and ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Process daily cash entries in SAP; maintain the daily cash deposit log; monitor accounts receivable aging for past-due receivables; provide aging reports and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations; prepare various quarterly internal reports.
- Provide financial support for external and internal audits, including direct interaction with auditors.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in accounting/finance (or related).
- ERP experience, preferably SAP.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle various tasks.

- Salary range: $62,500–$73,000/year.
