Purpose
- Execute sourcing strategies for critical roles across the Commercial function.
- Lead delivery of external talent insights and market intelligence projects to inform hiring and broader talent attraction strategies.
- Advise stakeholders using market analysis and industry research to proactively address current/future talent mix and market availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic sourcing support on critical open roles; act as sourcing leader and insights expert for business leaders, Recruiters, and Business HR.
- Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of gaps/vacancies; develop strategies to target critical high-level talent in competitive markets.
- Create and manage proactive end-to-end sourcing plans using networking/relationship building, job boards, database mining, referrals, professional outreach, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidate prescreening and facilitate presentations to hiring managers/recruiting teams using Talent Acquisition platforms while maintaining data accuracy/quality/integrity.
- Maintain and nurture professional pipelines; engage talent as roles are posted and share available opportunities.
- Build trust and partnerships with internal stakeholders (business leaders, Recruiters, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Business HR) to secure top talent.
- Develop and present external talent insights to support recruitment planning and inform Commercial talent strategy.
- Build deep expertise in focus areas; speak in detail about functions, culture, role responsibilities, and the Employee Value Proposition.
- Gather data on competition and market conditions/trends impacting hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum 3 years in dedicated in-house sourcing or retained search.
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical talent sourcing experience strongly preferred; Commercial sourcing advantageous.
- Strong screening experience (initial contact, prescreening, interviewing).
- Experience with full end-to-end recruitment, including passive candidate outreach.
- Experience developing and executing proactive recruiting strategies, including confidential searches.
- Strong accountability and proactivity with a consistent results track record.
- Proficient with CRM for sourcing/candidate management (SmartRecruiters, ICIMS, Phenom).
- Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data quality.
