What You Will Do
The Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager will drive the launch of Infigratinib—a first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia—using deep clinical acumen, urgency, and partnership with providers and families.

Location
Northeast Region (multiple territories): Boston, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, New England, New York, New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape; conduct clinically relevant, compliant discussions with HCPs.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer/family satisfaction.
- Build relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (“One Bridge” mindset) and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure activities comply with regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.

Who You Are
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical/biotech; 4+ years rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required (MBA plus).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Account management experience delivering measurable impact.
- Strong communication/influence, accountability, sound judgment, organizational skills.
- AI fluency.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical, compliant culture.
