Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges; adjust priorities as needed.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer/family satisfaction.
- Build/maintain relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib.
- Operate with a β€œOne Bridge” mindset; represent the company with integrity.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications:
- 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Product/indication launch experience; ability to create demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
- Proven account management success; leadership/communication with high accountability.
- AI fluency; integrity/compliance mindset.
