What You Will Do
The Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager will drive the launch of Infigratinib (a first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia), bringing deep clinical acumen, urgency, and a passion for partnering with providers and families.

Location
Northeast Region (multiple territories): Boston, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, New England, New York, New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and skeletal dysplasia; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer/family satisfaction.
- Build and maintain KOL relationships with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Use a β€œOne Bridge” mindset and represent the company with integrity.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Extensive travel.
- Product/indication launch experience and account management success.
- Leadership, communication, accountability, sound judgment, strong organization.
- AI fluency and integrity/compliance commitment.

Salary (California): $155,000–$210,000 USD.
