What You Will Do
- Drive the launch of Infigratinib (first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia) as a high-impact, community-focused Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales goals targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and skeletal dysplasia clinic teams.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape; lead clinically relevant, compliant HCP discussions.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer/family satisfaction.
- Build and maintain KOL relationships with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Collaborate across the organization with a βOne Bridgeβ mindset and represent the company with integrity.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.
Location
- Southwest Region; multiple territories: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans, Nashville, Phoenix, Oklahoma City.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8β10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Extensive travel required.
- Product/indication launch experience; proven ability to create demand via disease-state and stakeholder education.
- Account management experience analyzing complex accounts and driving measurable impact.
- Strong leadership, communication, accountability, judgment, and organizational skills.
- AI fluency: curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools/technologies.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical/compliance culture.
