What You Will Do
- Drive the launch of Infigratinib (first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia) as a Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and skeletal dysplasia; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer/family satisfaction.
- Build relationships with KOLs (with Marketing/Medical Affairs) to expand advocacy for Infigratinib/BridgeBio.
- Collaborate across the organization with a βOne Bridgeβ mindset.
- Maintain strong selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business understanding.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and pharma guidelines.
Who You Are (Qualifications/Skills)
- 8β10 years pharma/biotech; 4+ years rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required (MBA plus).
- Extensive travel.
- Product/indication launch experience; account management with complex strategy/implementation.
- Strong communication/influence; high accountability and judgment.
- AI fluency; curiosity with AI tools.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical/compliance culture.
