Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Operate with an βOne Bridgeβ mindset, collaborating across the organization and representing the company with integrity.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and pharma guidelines.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 8β10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proven product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Account management experience (strategy, execution, measurable impact).
- Effective leadership and communication; high accountability and organizational skills.
- AI fluency (curiosity/adaptability with AI tools and technologies).
- Integrity and commitment to ethical/compliance culture.
Benefits (if applicable in posting):
- Base pay range: $155,000β$210,000 USD.
Location:
- Southwest Region (multiple territories): Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans, Nashville, Phoenix, Oklahoma City.
