What You Will Do
The Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager will drive the launch of Infigratinib (first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia) with deep clinical acumen and a passion for partnering with providers and families.

Location
Southwest Region (multiple territories): Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans, Nashville, Phoenix, Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
- Build/maintain KOL relationships with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
- Operate with an β€œOne Bridge” mindset; collaborate across the organization and represent the company with integrity.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia required (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Product/indication launch experience; success launching into competitive/new markets via disease-state and stakeholder education.
- Account management success: analyze complex accounts, build strategy, drive implementation.
- Leadership/communication with high accountability and strong judgment.
- AI fluency (curiosity and adaptability with AI tools/technologies).
- Integrity and commitment to ethical standards and compliance culture.

Compensation/Benefits (California, anticipated)
- Salary: $155,000–$210,000 USD.
