What You Will Do
- Drive the launch of Infigratinib (first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia) with deep clinical acumen, urgency, and a passion for partnering with providers and families.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions.
- Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
- Build/maintain KOL relationships with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Operate with a β€œOne Bridge” mindset; collaborate across the organization with integrity.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications / Who You Are
- 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Extensive travel.
- Product/indication launch experience; account management experience; strong leadership and communication.
- Demonstrated AI fluency; integrity and commitment to ethical/compliance culture.

Salary
- $155,000–$210,000 USD (for California).
