What You Will Do
- Drive the launch of Infigratinib (first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia) with deep clinical acumen, urgency, and a passion for partnering with providers and families.

Location
- Southeast Region: Orlando, Miami, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Raleigh (multiple territories).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales/target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions as needed.
- Compliantly partner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
- Build/maintain KOL relationships with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Operate with an β€œOne Bridge” mindset; represent the company with integrity.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure activities comply with regulations, company policies, and pharma guidelines.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Extensive travel.
- Product/indication launch experience; proven demand creation via disease-state/stakeholder education.
- Account management success analyzing complex accounts and driving measurable impact.
- Strong communication/influence with high accountability, judgment, and organization.
- AI fluency.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical standards/compliance culture.

- Base pay salary range: $155,000–$210,000 (California).
