What You Will Do
- Lead the launch of Infigratinib, a first-in-class therapy for achondroplasia.
- Partner with providers and families with deep clinical acumen and urgency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan (geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams) to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib and achondroplasia; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
- Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Compliantly partner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer/family satisfaction.
- Build and maintain KOL relationships with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy.
- Operate with a β€œOne Bridge” mindset, collaborating across the organization.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and Pharma guidelines.

Who You Are
- 8–10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare disease/genetic disease/skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Product/indication launch experience; demand creation via disease-state and stakeholder education.
- Account management with strategy and execution impact.
- Effective communication/influence; high accountability and strong judgment.
- AI fluency with AI-powered tools/technologies.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical/compliance culture.
