Position Overview and Responsibilities
- Serve as a business partner to the Navigation and Joint Recon Marketing teams.
- Execute and drive strategy for Digital new product launches and the downstream pipeline (primarily the navigation platform).
- Support Joint Recon operating expense budgets with financial insights to influence business decisions.
- Drive valuation and early business case generation for acquisitions, partnerships, and internal innovation related to Digital products (primarily navigation).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize innovation portfolios; evaluate financial considerations, scenario assumptions, and business impacts.
- Support governance milestones (stage gate reviews, launch excellence reviews).
- Lead forecasting cycles and actuals reporting for Joint Recon Global Strategic Marketing budgets; evaluate internal/external risks and market drivers.
- Shape marketing org structure (global “upstream” and platform “downstream” marketing collaboration).
- Support cross-platform Digital US projects and accounting policies.
- Deliver executive communication on business results and financial drivers.
- Challenge assumptions; develop alternative scenarios; educate business partners on financial concepts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- CPA, MBA, CMA, or related certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of finance/business experience or related leadership experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; advanced Excel and presentation skills required.
- Collaborative/inquisitive mindset across cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytics to influence executive decisions; ability to work independently and collaborate with all management levels/external customers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
