Responsibilities:
- Act as key business owner for Invivyd resources and solutions, collaborating to resolve customer inquiries.
- Develop compliant, strong relationships with healthcare providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics).
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive patient-focused action and identify obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Create and execute a territory business plan by identifying shared priorities and driving product demand.
- Understand the broader healthcare landscape and how decisions are made across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage the territory with a business owner mindset, urgency, accountability, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources and training.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs.
- Gather/share customer insights and feedback to improve how providers and patients are served.
- Collaborate on account/territory strategy and use multiple channels to drive selling engagements.
- Use data to prioritize customers/accounts aligned to the strategic plan.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred (or significant relevant industry experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles.
- Valid state driverβs license; able to pass an MVR background check.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Field presence: 5 days/week with overnights as required; complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
Pay Range (base):
- Senior Virology Care Specialist: $120,000β$160,000
- Strategic Account Manager: $152,000β$202,000
Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
