Responsibilities:
- Own and provide solutions using Invivyd resources for customers including HCPs, health organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDNs, VA Centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators; collaborate to resolve inquiries.
- Build strong, compliant relationships across specialties and account types by sharing accurate, balanced product/solution information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive patient-focused action and identify obstacles.
- Create and execute a territory business plan to drive product demand aligned to partner and patient needs.
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset while staying compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver approved product presentations and educational discussions supporting patient care decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to win together and support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights/feedback; partner on account/territory strategy.
- Use customer/market data and multi-channel approaches; prioritize accounts using a data-driven approach.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred (or significant relevant, related industry experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices (customer-facing).
- Valid state driverβs license; pass MVR background check.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Be in the field ~5 days/week, including overnights as required; complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.

Compensation (base pay range):
- Senior Virology Care Specialist: $120,000β$160,000
- Strategic Account Manager: $152,000β$202,000
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
