Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Role: Senior Total Rewards Analyst supporting design, administration, and continuous improvement of Travere’s compensation, benefits, wellness, and leave programs. Responsibilities: execute annual compensation planning, maintain job architecture, conduct market benchmarking, manage benefits and wellness operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner cross-functionally with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Legal. Conduct data analysis, prepare reports for executive and Board review, and lead process improvements leveraging technology and AI tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or Finance; 3+ years in total rewards, benefits, or HR operations, ideally within biotech or pharma. Preferred: experience with compensation planning, HRIS systems (especially Workday), certifications such as CCP or CBP. High-Value: focus on biotech/rare disease, employee rewards, compliance with employment laws, and global program administration. Work setup: onsite in San Diego with travel up to 10%, no remote expectation.
